The S.H. Health Service Specialist Medical Clinic is a private healthcare facility that was born as a Homeopathic Medicine Center. Its holistic vision of man and the desire to give a global and highly specialized response has led over time to expand the services offered with a perfect integration between natural medicine and the most advanced specialized medical knowledge.

The institutional mission of the S.H. Health Service Specialist Medical Clinic is to place the patient's needs, their state of health, their general well-being at the center of its activity, respecting their dignity and privacy, with the human attention and professional competence necessary to satisfy every need for diagnosis and treatment of those who come into contact with our organization.

Quality Policy

The quality of care and assistance is the primary objective of the S.H. Polyclinic, with the aim of promoting continuous improvement, with the main focus on the centrality of the patient and his needs.

In line with the company mission, the policy is expressed through the following commitments that the S.H. Polyclinic proposes:

  • Focus on the centrality of the doctor-patient relationship as an objective,
  • Safeguard the health and safety of both staff and users, including through continuous training and information for operating personnel,
  • Design, maintain and implement your own Quality levels with a view to continuous improvement in order to monitor the improvements achieved,
  • Define a program to achieve the planned objectives,
  • Measure the level of user satisfaction by implementing the necessary corrective actions to improve it,
  • Operate in full compliance with current industry and general regulations.
  • Making these principles operational is the objective of the Improvement Program and the activities summarized therein. The achievement of the objectives is monitored at least annually during the management review.

To maintain and improve the results achieved, the Management invites the collaboration of the staff at all levels: ensuring the Quality of its services, maintaining the trust of the users and, more generally, of the interested parties must constitute a commitment and a responsibility for each worker, within the scope of their duties and competences.
